1144 Fifteenth is a first Class A high-rise office tower over 500,000 SF built in the Denver CBD in over three decades.
With the onset of the COVID-19 the building displayed a large pink heart shape design that could be seen for miles. The purpose was to show unity in the fear of this pandemic.
